Transferring from AirTM to Paypal is quite fast and hassle free, you can get the money on the same day within few hours and could be in minutes! I am attaching my screenshot. I made a transfer via AirTM on 2.13am and the transaction is completed in 6 minutes only, at 2.19am. Wonderful. Then you can see here from Paypal; that actually i received it at 2.17am (4 minutes!) :) And not to forget the fee is $0.76. Quite ok for speedy service i guess? and compared to others. Have you tried using AirTM? If not, you can try it today and register at https://app.airtm.com/ivt/BPUa6kTn :)
Every university/college student or junior researcher should have this question in their mind at least once. Especially when you need to search for high quality journals for your final year project, or your research write ups. Or when your supervisor asked you to search for ISI journals related to your field. Dont worry. Changing IC address shouldn't be a big issue for you. But please be reminded to prepare all the documents needed as proof. If you want the IC within 30 minutes or 1 hour, you'll need to go to UTC Sentral Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara. Just bring the proof of your utility bills or agreements to them and they'll process. Take queue numbers. Better go early or go late. If you come in the middle of the day, you'll need to queue for quite some time. They are closed at 8.30pm by the way and they have break at 7.00-8.00pm. Best is to come at about 5pm+ that time no many people queuing and you'll be served within 30mins. Bear in mind to check the address properly ;)
